Participants who complete the 6-week cohort experience are eligible to receive a WestAccel Certificate of Completion recognizing their participation and progress.
This certificate is a non-credit recognition of achievement and is not an academic credential or professional certification.

Refund Policy
All participation payments made to WestAccel Academy are non-refundable, including:
The $99 seat deposit to reserve your spot
Any portion of the $499 participation fee paid in full or in installments
Once a seat is reserved or payments are submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including (but not limited to) personal conflicts, illness, scheduling changes, or changes in financial circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to personal and professional growth.

Grievance Policy
WestAccel Academy is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent process for resolving participant concerns.
Participants should first attempt to resolve any issue by speaking directly with their cohort mentor.
If the matter remains unresolved, a written complaint may be submitted to the program administrator.
