Certification Disclaimer:
WestAccel Academy provides high-quality foundational IT training and A+ exam preparation support. However, we do not guarantee that any student will pass the CompTIA A+ Certification exam. Success depends on the individual student’s effort, including class participation, note-taking, following study guidance, time dedicated to reviewing material, and readiness before sitting for the exam. We are committed to equipping you with the tools, instruction, and support needed to succeed, but ultimate certification outcomes are beyond our control.
Refund Policy:
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- The $200 deposit to reserve your seat.
- Any tuition paid in full.
- Any tuition paid in payment plan.
Once a seat is reserved or tuition is paid, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to personal conflicts, scheduling changes, illness, or changes in financial circumstances.
